Renovo Consulting LLC. exists exclusively and entirely with the sole purpose of supporting other small businesses in their planning, development, growth, and ultimately exit strategies. We specialize in a key areas that every small business needs and utilizes on a daily basis. Primarily we focus on payroll and employee retention, financial planning and coaching, business planning and development (including loan and funding accusation), insurance, and retirement planning. 

Our Retire Right seminar series are 45 minute long events dedicated to targeting the small business owners who do not know if, when, or how they will ever retire. We understand that nearly 48% of all business owners struggle to even think about retirement. This series is dedicated to providing a roadmap to retirement so that entrepreneurs can have confidence and security regarding their financial future, no matter the current state of their business. 

Unlike many businesses who offer retirement seminars, our seminar is not a sales pitch. We do not employ bait and switch or reel them in tactics. This series was born from a need basis we saw not only in our clients but also ourselves. We offer not just these seminars but the solutions discussed at no cost to those who attend. Our business is dedicated to helping those who are in business for themselves, while we hope that those who attend the seminars might be interested in utilizing us for other services we offer. This series and its solutions are offered as our way of giving back to others who work for themselves just like we do!

• Each seminar is hosted by two of our dedicated, licensed agents and coaches and lasts approximately 45 minutes. 
• During the seminar we cover topics such as exit strategies (selling or passing your business on), financial needs analysis (what do you personally need to make per month of retirement to sustain your desired lifestyle), and retirement strategy options (IRA, 401k, Annuities, Index Strategies etc.)
• Each seminar includes approximately 25 minutes worth of slide presentation and information followed by a open forum Q&A discussion. 
• Following each seminar attendees will be invited to break out into one on one discussions or set up a time to speak with an advisor to develop a roadmap to retirement. Again, this is offered as a completely free service and you will not be pressured to purchase anything. 

Each seminar is limited in the number of attendees for discussion purposes so if you can't make it don't worry! Our team of coaches and agents are available throughout the week to hold one on one conversations with anyone simply send us an email or chat with us on our website or Facebook page to schedule your consultation at a time that works best for you. 

That is the best part, there isn't one! Like we stated above, we understand every aspect of what goes into starting, building, managing, and running a business. It is exhaustive painstaking work that is filled with daily stress and anxiety and often times it can feel impossible to even think about the future or the idea of retiring. So many of our clients get swept up in the now that they put off the later until it's to late. Our goal is to do our small part in helping the more than sixteen million business owners in the U.S., who currently have no plan for retirement, find some stability and comfort.
